Why Source From Us

Buy from the people who actually make it

Importers usually meet a trading office first and the factory never. Here the team that quotes you is the team that cuts, prints, checks and packs the order.

  • Natural jute, cotton canvas and paper rather than plastic — the materials this business was built on
  • Manufacturing, printing, finishing and packing handled by one team, so you deal with one contact rather than a chain of agents
  • In-house screen printing and personalisation — your brand goes on the product itself, not on a sticker
  • Custom sizes made to order in jute, canvas, non-woven, paper and PVC
  • Printed runs start at around 50 pieces, so a first order does not have to be a container
  • Product, print, size and finish confirmed in writing before anything is produced
  • Every piece checked for stitching, printing and finishing before it is packed

Lead with the destination

Packing, timing and paperwork all change with the country, so a quotation written without one is guesswork dressed up as a number. Put the destination and the quantity in your first message and the answer comes back on the right basis — usually the same working day.

Export Process

From first message to dispatch

Five stages, and we tell you which one your order is at without being chased.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

Destination, product and quantity. That is enough for us to start work on a price.

  2. 2

    Quotation

Written pricing at your quantity, stating what the figure includes and what it does not.

  3. 3

    Confirm & produce

Product, print, size and finish agreed in writing, then production begins. A sample of the actual piece is shared once the run has started.

  4. 4

    QC & export packing

Piece-by-piece checks, then packed and counted for the overseas leg, with carton counts and weights confirmed to you.

  5. 5

    Documentation & dispatch

We coordinate the export documentation and hand the consignment over to the carrier or forwarder nominated for it.

What to put in your first message

None of it has to be final. Every line you can answer now is one round trip saved.

  • Destination country, and where you want the goods handed over
  • Product and quantity — a range is fine if you are still sizing the order
  • Whether the goods carry your brand, and any markings or languages required
  • Your target price per piece, if you have one to work to
  • The date you need the goods by, counted back from your season
  • Any documentation, labelling or certification your market requires — at this stage, not after production
Private Label

Your brand on the product, not ours

This is usually the whole reason an importer works with a smaller Indian maker rather than a large factory — the goods can carry your name, in your quantity, at your sizes.

Your logo, printed

Screen, multi-colour and transfer printing on jute, canvas, non-woven and paper — the same line that prints for our Indian customers.

Colours matched

Inks mixed to your brand shade, with a photo or video of the first print sent for approval before the run continues.

Made to your sizes

Custom dimensions, handles and finishes made to your specification rather than picked off our catalogue.

Export FAQs

What importers ask first

Where the honest answer depends on your country, we say so rather than guess — ask and you get it in writing.

Which countries do you export to?

We would rather answer for your country than publish a list. What is practical depends on the destination, the product and the quantity, so send us the country and we will tell you what we can do for it — including if the answer is that it does not make sense at your volume.

What is the minimum order for export?

There is no separate export minimum. Custom-printed runs start at around 50 pieces and bulk slab pricing starts at about 100, so the real question is what quantity makes the freight worth it to your destination. Tell us the country and we will say what we would suggest.

Which Incoterms and currency do you quote on?

Tell us the basis you normally buy on and where you want the goods handed over, and we will confirm what we can quote on before we quote. Whatever is agreed, the quotation states in writing what the price includes and what it does not, so nothing is assumed on either side.

How do payments work?

For bulk production our standard terms are an advance to begin and the balance before dispatch. Cross-border terms are settled order by order — tell us how you normally pay your suppliers and we will confirm in writing what we can accept before you commit to anything.

Can I get a sample before I place the order?

Not before, and we would rather say so plainly. We do not send samples ahead of an order. On a bulk order we share a sample of the actual piece once production has started, so you see it before the full run is packed, and we send photos and video of the first print for approval. Everything else — product, print, size, finish — is agreed in writing beforehand.

How long does an export order take?

Ready designs dispatch in 2–4 working days. Custom-printed bulk production usually takes 7–15 working days depending on quantity and finishing. International transit sits on top of that and depends on the route you choose, so give us your deadline at the start and we will work backwards from it.

Do you handle customs clearance and duty at my end?

No. Import clearance, duty and local compliance in your country are handled by you or your customs broker — duty depends on how the goods are classified where you are, and your broker will give you a truer figure than we could. From our side we coordinate the export documentation for the shipment.

Do you have the certifications my market requires?

Tell us exactly what your market asks for when you enquire, and we will confirm what we can and cannot provide before you commit. We would rather lose an order at the enquiry stage than have a requirement surface after the goods are produced.

Export Enquiry

Tell us the destination and the quantity

Those two lines are enough to start. Put your country in the delivery field and anything else in the requirement box — every extra detail sharpens the quotation and saves a round of questions.

Send Your Export Enquiry

Fill in a few details and your inquiry opens directly in WhatsApp — just press send. We reply with options and pricing, usually within a few working hours.
